I saw this years and years ago, but now I ran into it again and must share it with you. I do not understand how he does that voice. Try as I might, I cannot produce a pitch that high. Clearly it's not just by tightening his throat to force a higher frequency from his voice box, but even by doing a kind of whisper quality in my voice and adding a nasal component, I am unable to match what he's doing.
